Phenotype Searches

Search by Mammalian Phenotype is now available in the Strain Search Form. Using the Search by Phenotype button will display the Mammalian Phenotype Terms for MMRRC strains where investigators can browse the ontology:

• Click on the Add Filter button to the right of the Phenotype Filter field.
• Browse the phenotype filter tree by clicking on the name of the phenotype or the Expand button.
• Click on the Add button next to the phenotype you would like to search by, and then click the Search button to see a list of products associated with that phenotype term.
• You can add other criteria to narrow your search or use the Clear Phenotype button to remove the phenotype selection.
