a neo cassette replaced exon 2.
Genotype Determination:
ES Cell Line: TL-1
Phenotype:
Homozygous phenotype: There is no
spontaneous phenotype; however, the following may be observed:
1)
eythrocytes are more susceptible to autologous complement lysis in vivo
during systemic complement activation
2) deletions of CD59 exacerbates
Heterozygous phenotype: no phenotype

Mice recovered from a cryo-archive will have health surveillance performed on the
resuscitated animals.
Limited quantities of breeder mice (recovered litter) are available from a cryoarchive; recovered litter usually available to ship in 3 to 4 months.
* Additional charges may apply for any special requests. Shipping costs are in addition to the basic distribution/resuscitation fees. Information on shipping costs and any additional charges will be provided by the supplying MMRRC facility.

| MMRRC Item # | Description | Distribution Fee/unit (US $) |
Units |
|---|---|---|---|
| 030200-MU/H-Resus | Resuscitation from cryopreserved material | $1,850.00 | litter a |
| 030200-MU/H-Sperm | Cryopreserved spermatozoa | $400.00 | aliquot b |
a The distribution fee covers the expense of resuscitating mice from the cryo-archive; you will receive the resulting litter. The litter will contain at minimum one breedable mutant carrier; the actual number of animals and the gender and genotype ratios will vary. (Typically, multiple breeder pairs can be established from the recovered litter.) Prior to shipment, the MMRRC repository will provide information about the animals recovered. If you anticipate or find that you need to request specific genotypes, genders or quantities of mice in excess of what is likely from a resuscitated litter, you may discuss available options and pricing with the supplying MMRRC repository.
b An aliquot contains sufficient material (volume and concentration) for at least two IVF or several artificial inseminations (based on our procedures). The MMRRC makes no guarantee concerning success of these procedures when performed outside the MMRRC facilities.
