Strain Submission Terms and Conditions
As the Donating Investigator, you are asked to agree to and meet the following terms and conditions for any strain submitted to the MMRRC:

Please indicate that you have read, accept and can meet the above terms and conditions.

The MMRRC Strain Request Form depends on JavaScript to function; your browser does not have JavaScript or it is disabled. Please use a browser with JavaScript enabled. Without JavaScript available, a number of things will not work in this page.

If you are unable to submit your mouse, or would like to send us your comments, please use our Decline Feedback form.

Forms on this web site require that your browser supports and has enabled JavaScript (at least version 1.1); without JavaScript the Accept button above cannot activate the submission application form.

We in the MMRRC are committed to working with you to ensure successful transition of your valuable mouse strain to the assigned facility. A MMRRC representative will work closely with you throughout this process.

For live mice transfers, we recommend a minimum of 10 female and 6 male reproductively active mice in order to minimize the time to establish your strain at the assigned MMRRC facility.
