Instructions for Submitting an Application

1. The Donating Investigator (DI) should read and agree to the terms outlined in Strain Submission Terms and Conditions (displayed on the first page of "Start Submission"). Please note: if your strain is accepted, you are expected to transfer it to the assigned MMRRC facility within 6 months, otherwise you may have to resubmit your application.
   
   
2. DI must indicate acceptance of the Terms and Conditions via the "I Accept" button.
   
   
3. Complete the Strain Submission Application and submit it electronically. Reference citations and preprints can be attached to the application form or can be sent separately to the ICSC Strain Donation Coordinator (see contact information below).
   
   
4. At the beginning of the application form, you will be asked if you require a delay period in the listing or full distribution of your strain; please see Delayed Release for more details. If requesting a "Delayed Release" please indicate by selecting "Yes" on this question and filling in the corresponding text field.
